Maintenance Manager responsibility

Is there special setup that must be completed to see results in the dashboard?  When I attempt to access data, I get an error: 


The following parameter value is not valid for this dashboard or report: . The default parameter value will be used instead: .
Also the drop down LOV for currency is empty, where do I create this LOV?
