Upgrade only Treasury and Cash Management modules

Apps 12.1.2

We need upgrade only Treasury and Cash Management

The actual information for this schems are

I don't see patches for R12.CE.B.3 or R12.XTR.B.3
Do product like Treasury and Cash Management etc., provide upgrade patches?
Tech stack like AD and ATG have but not sure of individual modules.
