Privacy rules for Items in the Install Base

is there  an out of the box solution for applying privacy settings/rules for items in install base assigned to Organizations or Person parties?

In particular would like to explore if it is possible to mark a record in install base by item that would feed to the CDH customer Data Hub privacy flag or setting that indicates this "party" does not want to be marketed to or communicated with.

Using R12 Oracle Customers Online & the TCA model for parties/accounts/sites.
