OTL:Time Card Status Dashboard view Generate Report click error out

Hi,

Navigation Manager Self Service -> Time Card Status Dashboard .While clicking Generate Report button it gives me following error.Any idea why I am getting this error

"

Calling request submission pages with Program Page hidden for Single Operating Unit Concurrent Program requires a valid orgID."
