New Mexico Workers Compensation Fee

New Mexico has both employer and employee Workers Comp Fees which are not being calculated.  These fees are a flat dollar amount per employee at the end of each quarter.  These fees are not being calculated and I can't find any info on how to set JDE up to get these calculated.  Are these fees calculating for anyone?  Any insight into how you got it to work would be great.  I found something on the Knowledge Garden for Oracle users but nothing for JDE.  Thank you.
