Need to Update a PROFILE OPTION only at SITE level using PL/SQL

Hi there,,

I am looking for a query(UPDATE statement) to update a profile option XYZ only at SITE level.

fnd_profile_option_values

 table has composite unique key having many columns.

Could you please direct me to correct TRM where I can find info on FND% tables ?
