ODA plugin for OEM 12cR3 cloud control - when is it coming?

Sometime ago I heard (was from head of ODA project team) that there was going to be a plugin for the ODA for OEM cloud Contoli.e there is an exadata plugin

Does anyone know if it coming or perhaps it has been shelved/delayed ?
