Error while using hr_sa_person_api.update_sa_person

Error While calling hr_sa_person_api.update_sa_person API

Problem Description

When trying to update employee details using hr_sa_person_api.update_sa_person the below message is displayed.

We have upgrated form 12.1.1 to 12.1.3. Due to the upgrade API is not working to start the development which inturn impacting the milestones. We cannot release the system for development until the data is masked.
