R12.1.1 : adpatch hangs while running XLIFFLoader.class

Hi,

When trying to apply the patch 17783024 (Translation Synchronization patch for 12.1.1 environment), adpatch hangs on running XLIFFLoader.class.
The worker log (in attachement) contained the error message :

  "Calling /db-dpioa-bac1/appl_top/dtyc8oa1/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/appsutil/jdk/jre/bin/java ...
Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Io exception: There is no process to read data written to a pipe."

In same time, the error message below appears in the database alertlog (in attachement) :

"Fatal NI connect error 12170.
TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out
    ns secondary err code: 12606"

We followed JDBC Connections from E-Business Suite Application Tier Fail with "java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: There is no process to read data written to a pipe." (
