Short Item No (ITM) not updated in F0911 for OV's

 Dear Oracle,
We came across while reconciling F4111 and F0911, short item number for receipts lines (Document Type OV) is not captured in F0911, is it system designed or a bug. How to retrieve receipt lines for an item from F0911.
