want to change label of 'Contact Center' and 'Create Customer'

Hi,

How to change form name (on the header) for any standard form?

For example, I want to change label of 'Contact Center' and 'Create Customer' to some other name as per business requirement. Can it be done through any setup/profile/form personalization?
