We were suggested Patch : 13984450:R12.PRC_PF.B. for 12.1.3

patch # 13984450 did not compiled the below forms

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ont     forms/US        OEXOEORD.fmx
ont     forms/US        OEXOETEL.fmx
ont     forms/US        OEXOEVER.fmx
