Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

We have recently upgraded EnterpriseOne E8.10 & Oracle 9.2.0.7.0 to EnterpriseOne E9.1 & Oracle 11.2.0.3.0.

SQL Statement executes in 15 minutes on Oracle 9i and 45 minutes on Oracle 11G

SQL_TRACE from both database attached
