Monitoring Welder Performance

Hello,

In routing we have a work center Welding where the welder performs their job. We would like to record that what length welded (initially) and after test how much was re-welded. This data we will capture to monitor the welder performance. Further, where I should record welder's certification and ensure that he is qualified before assigning the work him.
