Few items updated not captured by Business event oracle.apps.ego.item.postItemUpdate

Hi,
We are using the business event oracle.apps.ego.item.postItemUpdate to check for a particular field when an item is updated.

The subcription is working fine for most of the items. For a few items, the business event fails to capture any data in the BE parameters. Let me know if I need to do any additional settings to prevent this.

Current setup: business event oracle.apps.ego.item.postItemUpdate is 'Enabled'
A subscription has been attached to the BE and it is 'enabled'

Is there any such condition to make sure that every item updated, irrespective of the org, is captured by the business event?
