File Base Loader in Oracle SAAS Cloud

Hi

I am trying to use FBL utility for gl_Interface in SAAS environment for importing journals. I have transferred the file on SFTP location however the Load Interface file for import is not able to find the file and ending with below error. Can someone help me with the exact location or directory file needs to be placed for this?

Error

There were no valid data files found in the zip file . Only .dat , .csv , .xml , .txt files are accepted for data files.
