how to upgrade components for hardenening to meet PCI DSS requiremeents

 I'm currently on Oracle Linux 6.4 and need to get the OpenSSH upgraded to release 6.2 and I need to remove OPIE, beef up the SSL cipher Suites supported, and adjust other SSL isues.  Additionaly, I need a solution to mitigate the TCP/IP sequence prediction Blind Reset SpoofingDoS.
