"stop applying rule" in incident ruleset

 Hi all,

Grid Control 12c

At the moment I have an incident ruleset with this kind of things :

Rule 1 for metrics #X and metric #Z 
Rule 2 for all metrics 

If I have an incident on metric #X it treats Rule 1 then goes to rule 2. 
Is there a way in an incident ruleset to make a sort of "stop applying rule" as an action in a rule ?
