Copydat.bat errors for upgrade to Siebel 8.1.1.11 SIA

Hi all,

I'm attempting and upgrade from Siebel 8.1.1.3 SEA to 8.1.1.11 SIA. In the pre upgrade steps, I'm running the copydat.bat utility to copy Ancestor Repositories.

When I issuing the copydat.bat command, I get the error

"checksum.exe - Unable To Locate Component
---------------------------
This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. "

I verified, and it looks like the Repositories copied to the appropriate location.

However, in checking the copydat.log file, I see the entries:

"Copying hor811.dat to c:\sia81\ses\dbsrvr\common\HOR
        1 file(s) copied.
