Synchonizing primairy and secondary ledges

If there is a secondary ledger (SL), and posting fails in the secondaiy ledger

Is the posting process in the primary ledger (PL) effected.

Question;

• from the text below I get the impressing the posting is a seperate proces for SL and PL
• I know this is not the case for reversals
• But what about non-reversal journals, Is the posting , and error handling linked over the ledgers.
• I hope not? but just to be sure, If the posting in the SL fails is the journal posted in the PL.

Every time a journal is posted in the Primary ledger, a corresponding journal gets created in the Secondary Ledger or Reporting ledger (depending on setup).
