Creating more that one Standalone Report Sever in Linux running Fusion Middleware 11g

I have successfully create a standalone report server on OAS 11g and started it with no problems.

I need to have 4 created and running. I can create them, but they will not start and the log says

13/11/14 14:00:33 Start process
--------
WLS ManagedService is not up running. Fall back to use system properties for configuration.

Has anyone else had this happen and if so what is the resolution?
