OCM mapping question

Hi,

Hi, wonder if the OCM mapping on the object would override the user ID 's security, role relationship? Which one would be in priority when all of them are set up..

Say i got OCM mapping F0101 A/V set up on userA ...then ID  security P00950 block F0101 on userA  and role relations unblock F0101 on userA...wonder which one would take place ?
