Logical Intercompany Shipment Receipt and Logical Sales Order Issue did not exclude the tax

Hi Experts
The intercompany AR and AP invoice are tax inclusive. However, the Logical Intercompany Shipment Receipt and Logical Sales Order Issue did not exclude the tax.
Is this normal?
