APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_MGR_STRTUP_THRES_TIME in routine &ROUTINE.

The Concurrent Manager stop running and I am trying to find information of the below errors.

I found the below in the log file:

Shutting down Internal Concurrent Manager : 14-NOV-2013 18:28:39

List of errors encountered:

Routine FDPCRQ encountered an ORACLE error. ORA-04031: unable to
allocate 32 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool".

Review your error messages for the cause of the error. (=<POINTER>)
