Rulebased Cartonization using Pick Slip

Hi All
Has anyone got this working?

I have set this up, but it does not give me a container item - I get an LPN generated, but no item. 

Does this method support Container-Contained cartonization?  It get some errors inn the log file but not sure if they are significant:
