Not able to create a Service Contract

 Hi,
I am using the APIs to create a Service Contract.
I am able to create the Header for the contract but the line is not getting created.
Attached the sample code and the error message.


Error message:

Return Status is:E
Message Count is:2
OKS API:You must enter a value for column Tmp_cle_Id .
OKS API:Invalid value for the column Error in Coverage Template Line Validation.
