APPROVAL_STATUS in PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE table

Team,
I wanted to know what are all the possible values of 'APPROVAL_STATUS' field in PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE.  If I don't set any value for this field, what is the default value set by the 'Payables Open Interface Import' program?
