How is the Expenditure Org allocated in Oracle Projects.

Hi all,

I hope someone would be able to explain to me where Oracle Projects finds the Expenditure Org for a specific project from?  Also, I was wondering if there is any field on a form where I would be able to view the Expenditure Org for a project?
