Email Approval
We are on PeopleSoft FCM 9.0. Tools version is 8.52.18.
We have an requirement for email approval of expense report.
User will get an email through approval workflow with the details of EX report. Details will be like Who raised, Template, Amount etc. Approver will not require to login to the system to approve. He/she can just reply to the email with keyword say 'Approved' and EX report will get approved.
I know this is delivered in 9.1 on, but how much is the scope of doing it in 9.0. How much customization will be required.
