Issue with Sepa xml header on R11

Hi,
I'm using 11.5.10.2 version.Trying to obtain the sepa V5 output file in the header is obtained something like

  <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

- <SEPA_XML>

No ......urn:iso:std:iso:20022:tech:xsd:pain.001.001.03"......retrieved and aI don't know why.
The templates are in last version available:  
    APSEPATEMPLATE_UNSTRD_en.xsl 115.10
    APSEPATEMPLATE_en.xsl 115.26

Can you please advice? What is missing in my setup?
