R12: Function 'View Payment Batches Summary' (AP_APXPAWKB_BATCH_SUMMARY_VIEW) does not open

Hi,
After upgrading from 11i to R12, function View Payment Batches Summary does not open any more (Payable Responsibility R12).
in 11i, path used to be: Payments - Inquiry - View Payment Batches Summary
In R12 this menu item does not have a Prompt by default.

Is this function obsolete in R12? If we enter a Prompt to the menu item, the function appears in the menu but still does not open.
If so, is there any note reference in order to show it to the customer because they pretend to continue to use the old function.
