Cloning a FMW/Weblogic server to a new server

Hi - I'm trying to create a clone environment of an existing FMW/Weblogic Server. I have an FMW 11g server with Weblogic server 10.3.4 and SOA Suite 11.1.1.4. I also have Apex listeners running on there as well. Maybe naively, I copied the oracle software from one server to another then attempted to go through the process of readdressing the new server to give it a new host name and IP address. I've successfully re-configured the Infrastructrure home which was simple and I can run the DB and listeners without issue. However, I can't see how to reconfigure the Middleware
