Demantra R12.2.2 upgrade plan

Hi Team,
Currently we have decentralized ASCP setup.

EBS Instance -> R12.1.3, APS Instance ->R12.2.2 ( Upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.2)

Our current Demantra version is 12.2.1. We are planning to upgrade our Demantra version to 12.2.2.

Is there any pre-req patches needs to apply in EBS/APS instance as part of Demantra upgrade. Could you please suggest, Also share the relevent documents with us.
