Inactivating contact in Customer online does not inactivate in AR

Hi,

When we inactivate a contact in Custome online, it does not get inactivated from AR side . WE still need to go in AR and manually inactivate it.

Is this a seeded functionality OR we are missing something?

I guess we can still do this with customization.
