CAM R48810 update Work Order based on PO Receipt

 Greetings,

in the processing options > WO Status Tab, there are three options. The documentation states: 

1. Full Receipt Status

Specify the status to which the system updates a work order when all parts have been received.

2. Partial Receipt Status

Specify the status to which the system updates a work order when some of the parts have been received.

the documentation does not mention the third option 

3. Pending

When does it update the work order status?
