REP-300: OCI_INVALID_HANDLE. ==> select .....

Hi,

We have oracle reports running in our PREPROD on 4 servers and we have done with our testing everything looks good and moved to PROD (3) servers and when we run the reports we are getting below error on one host and in 2 servers the same reports are running fine with out any issues, I have restarted the reports server on nonworking ENV now the reports are generating with out any issues.

REP-300: OCI_INVALID_HANDLE. ==> select .....

When I checked I came to know that is a BUG,  it is strange that we dont have these issue in PPE and even in 2 servers in PROD and only on one server, all are running on 11.1.1.14 with ENGLIFE set to 50 and we dont have any patches applied on the remaining servers.
