Receiving transaction stuck in the table RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with the status PENDING

Hi All

We have several receving transaction stuck in the RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with the status pending. We have search the Transactions Status Summary to find the transaction but they are not there. On the PO Line we see quantity due is 0. If we search the receipt, it's not found. Usually when we do a receiving transaction, one of the concurrent program launch is Receiving Transaction Processor. But for all the transaction that have a status = PENDING, the concurrent program wasn't lauch.

Any idee why and what may cause this problem. Any solution?
