Patch SPU for asm intance/grid infrastructure

Hello gurus,i will patch our 11.2.0.3 databases with october 2013 spu (security patch).
But what can i do for our asm instance and grid infrastructure ?
I don't find spu patch for grid infra.
The MOS doc Quick Reference to Patch Numbers for Database PSU, SPU(CPU), Bundle Patches and Patchsets (Doc ID 1454618.1) gives links for db PSU, db SPU or gi PSU.
Do i have to use same spu patch for both databases and grid (which have same release)?

I found 11.2.0.3.8 psu for grid infra but i'm not sure it contents spu october 2013 :GI PSUs are cumulative and include the Database PSU and associated CPU program security content
