I want to download toos (and all it manifiest release same level)

1_jdeuploadcenter

2_search/find:  8.98.4.11-Deployment-Server 8.98.4.11 Deployment Server CLIENT 1049.29 Limited No No

3_read 8.98.4.11-Deployment-Server SAR/BUG List, and find: 

4_but, rarely said: 8797691 / 10987820 8.98.0.1 Internet Explorer 8 for 8.9 H98 2008-07-08

and I need be sure, installing this tools , I can use IE9
