Comparing Audit-Vault to SumoLogic

We are currently addressing utilizing either Audit-Vault or SumoLogic for our database auditing requirements.In essense, we're attempting to create a point-by-point datasheet comparing the two products. Wanted to see if anyone else has ever attempted this analysis and, if so, maybe you have a few points we should consider regarding the strength and weaknesses of each. Quite frankly, a number of us think AV has it hands down but we need to convince management.
