Which function is the mass adjust button in the project expenditure menu?

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

I am trying to make a project inquiry responsibility.

However, in the project expenditure items form, there is a mass adjust button. I want to gray out this button. But I can not find which function name or description is this button. Could someone please advise? Thank you very much. Please see attached image.
