Adding Projects after PO creation
Our company has a situation where requisitions are created for temp labor but it's unknown what/how much projects the temps will work on until the invoice is received. Our AP was entering the Projects on the invoices until R12, but can no longer add this on the invoice. Oracle states this is not standard functionality and the project should be on the PO if matched. We don't currently adjust costs in Oracle Projects because we don't have an interface from Projects to the GL to reclass the changes made to the accounting. what do other companies do? what do you suggest?
