Runaway Forms processes

We are seeing several frmweb runaway processes recently on the R12 (12.1.3) app servers using up lot of cpu and we manually terminate them after couple of hours. Is there any way we can reduce the forms runaway processes and also is there any automatic cleanup method for these runaway processes?
