Overhead cost is not calculating.

Hello Friends,

We are on 11.5.10 apps and we are using average costing method. Our issue is overhead cost is not calculating for almost 1200 items, but material cost is calculating fine. We have defined overhead cost at org level (see the screen shot). Is there any way to fix this issue so that future transactions will have overhead cost calculated?
