Self Service Mobile - "We are unable to display your account at this time." How to fix?
Testing the new Bundle 31 Self Service Mobile features, and everything works except for the Finances section. No matter what, I get a "We are unable to display your account at this time." Testing the handler shows that the request is being received by PS, but the normal response isn't being sent back. Instead I get the fault response, which is the generic "unable to display your account" message. Has anyone else encountered this, or have any suggestions?
