How to Monitor for ORA-19815 (db_recovery_file_dest_size) Problems

I went to set up monitoring for "db_recovery_file_dest_size % used" for databases in my OEMCC 12.1.0.2 setup and found nothing in the metric templates that I can use.
Do I have to use "Generic Alert Log Error" to catch it?  Really?

I'd appreciate suggestions or solutions for how to do this.
