XML publisher report did not get the rtf template out.

 Hi,
We have requirement of RTGS Payment through Payment method Electronic.For this We have developed one report that is calling from programs setup.
The report running completed and XML data is creating successfully but when ever click on view output we are getting error "unable to find the published output for this request".  

Please suggest me on this.
