asm_operation doesnt show progress

Hi,

I'm currently adding disk to ASM diskgroup, after about 6 hours, I see EST_MINUTES turns to 2 mins, and it stays there, without any changge after many times of refreshing,  then I tried restart the rebalance manually, "alter diskgroup XXX rebalance power 11", and check EST_MINUTES, it decrease from 60 to 4 after 30mins' refreshing. then it statys there without any change again.

Did I do something wrong? Anyone meets the similiar situation? Please advise.
