BIP 10.1.3.4.1 to 11.1.1.6.0 Version Upgrade and any know Product defects

Dear BIP Experts,

we are currently on 8.1.1.10 Siebel Fixpack and BIP 10.1.3.4.1 versions..But we are planning uptake 8.1.1.11 Siebel FP and as per the Oracle Supported Platforms Business Intelligence Publisher 11.1.1.6.0 is only supported on latest Siebel Fixpack..We would like to now Upgrade the BIP to 11.1.1.c version and want to know the procedure for the same..Also would like to know the impact on the current Reports which are available on Production and are there any Product Regression issues..
