Recommendation on Upgrade Path from v8.1.1.7

Hi Gurus,

I need your help in defining the upgrade path for our Telco customer. The customer is currently on v8.1.1.7 SIA and is considering moving to either v8.1.1.10 or v8.1.1.11. It would be immensly helpful if you can help with the answers to the following questions:

a) With v8.1.1.11 GA'ed which is the preferred stable release - v8.1.1.10 or v8.1.1.11?

b) If we need to move to either v8.1.1.10 or v8.1.1.11 is there a difference in terms of upgrade i.e for both of them is it installation of patch followed by IRM?

c) If we dont decide to go to v8.1.1.11 currently but instead move to v8.1.1.10 now and at a later point in time go to v8.1.1.11 would it again be a patch followed by IRM?
